I don't think it was  called third strike.  The umpire pointed at Dowell which indicates he saw a swing.

Great game today. That was fun again.  We needed a good blowout over a quality SEC team. Then again just about every SEC team is ranked. That's every series since opening series against LSU we have won. 9-6 in conference. Proud of Vic getting on base with the chopper with defense playing in.

Carlson was excellent in the circle today.   It was good to see some offense today.  Hitting with runners in scoring position is something we have not seen much of lately.  I like the aggressive at bats we have had in the last two games. 

Next weekend should be interesting in Columbia, MO.  They played well against UGA this weekend winning one and playing the other two games tough.

For me, as much as I enjoyed the win, it was equally worth the 5 hour round trip drive to see Moss get pulled in the 5th inning.  Her antics just seem so excessive.  Also, she steps over the front of the circle circle on many of her pitches.....is that a violation?
