The nose on it is incredible. Smells like a cucumber pulled straight from the garden. Needs a slice or two of fresh jalapeño and damn, that’d set it off. Interested to hear what you think. I liked the White Thai, ginger and lemongrass work really well in a Belgian-style Wit. I’m not a big traditional wheat beer drinker, I prefer something tart/sour.
