Can we get Bruce's S&C Coach working with our football team??

Wiley does look tough but five minutes across the line from Derrick Brown and he would be ready to go back to mama....:)

But Wiley should be able to hold his own underneath the boards if he can just avoid the fouls....  will be nice to have an inside game again...

He is RIPPED now and looks like a grown man. It's going to be a fun season.

Why are they using such a small basketball at practice??

So I wasn't the only one thinking that. That looks like he is holding a volleyball, lol.

The Admiral was one bad dude, and yes it would be nice if Wiley could reach that potential.

Most studies have shown that high tops don't help in preventing ankle injuries

Story of my life, 1 broken ankle and 5-6 sprains. Didn't matter I had on high tops, just not wearing my ankle braces at the time.

Had not heard that.

I'm pretty sure alot of that came from working with personal trainers before and during the pre draft workouts. Another positive of the experience imo
