An issue that's been coming up game after game for Texas A&M offensively is scoring once they get inside the 20. The Aggies are ranked 89th in the nation in red zone scoring, something they know they're going to have to do better if they want to win games down the stretch.

Head coach Jimbo Fisher said, "We've got to become more physical down there, because what happens in today's football, unlike it was 10 years ago, guys are putting extra guys in the box even more so down there so you've got to knock the pile back. You've gotta move the pile in the red zone and the tight zone the way people are and the big people. We've got to become more physical in that regard and learn to find that extra yard or two, get our pad level down and play and protect on third and three or four to be able to throw in tight areas. We work red zone as much as anybody. In the past I've never had much trouble doing it but right now, good people and we've got to get better at what we're doing."

Harping on scoring when the Aggies reach the red zone is nothing new according to quarterback Kellen Mond. "That's something he's pretty much been stressing on us since back against Clemson. That game we were driving almost every single time. Put up a lot of yards but couldn't really convert in the red zone. It's something that he's been on to us each and every week. Just got to continue to get better and learn from our mistakes."

Wide receiver Hezekiah Jones says the team just needs to take advantage of their opportunities. "Just not capitalizing. That's the moral of the story. It's not any individual or anybody. I just think that we need focus in, lock in more once we get down to the red zone and just capitalize."

The Aggies and Auburn Tigers are set to kick things off at 11 on Saturday, you can see the game on ESPN.
