Except that Rivals and KN both had already reported that he was close to committing. Congratulations, your favorite insider has a subscription.

Just for Golf: It’s only February

He gave more information than I had or could find anywhere else online. Unless you're recommending that I actually pay for this stuff 😂.  And it turned out to be true!

My 3 favorite things about that story are farting, accidental porn, and Slayton's blame of his lack of production on the coaching staff rather than his granite mitts.

There was talk in the preseason of diversifying his routes, making him more of the complete package at receiver. Instead, he felt he was still pigeonholed in 2018 as more of a deep-ball threat.
That’s one of the criticisms that teams and draft experts have of his game

Huh. I guess the NFL is taking their evaluation criteria directly from this board.

You can be an “insider.”

Yes but before they reported the actual commitment on Sunday WDE posted on here Saturday JJ was in which is code for he gave the staff his silent commitment. Not something that came from having a subscription.

lol. Everyone knew he was close to committing. KN had a thread as early as 4pm Saturday called “WR close to committing” And repeated twice that we were in a great spot.

Then there is this

This is 100% right. Was no secret per people there. He's been close to going public several times and finally pulled the trigger.

Should also get another commit shortly. Been close to pulling the trigger for a month. I've told others here, then can say if they want. Not some huge super secret who it is.

Then there's what? You act like close to committing means it's inevitable. It's not. There have been many kids close to committing to a school many times over the years without actually committing to a school. There is a difference from reporters saying a kid id close to committing & someone connected to the program with a good overall track record saying a kid is in (aka kid has silently committed).

I’ve learn to proceed with caution. Glad he likes Auburn though.

That's fine & understood. Just know 90% of commits stick so we are in a very good spot right now.

There are then reports of why said recruit didn’t commit or what the hold up is from the reporters or board pseudo insiders. There have been players hold silent commitments despite holdups in commitment timelines.

When reporters know that their accuracy sells subs and are right 85% of the time, they base their reports on their knowledge of the situation even if not all of the knowledge is shared to the board. Doubt there is any coincidence that a player commits one day after commitment watch is announced from multiple services.

He may have which makes sense of the reports. You know I’m talking about the public commitment though.
