Acosta embarrassed himself. He should have never swatted the intern's arm. She was just doing her job whether you like it or not.

The WH is lying through their teeth about what went down...

Your thread isn't much better. Not much of a "swat" there.

H e tried to block her arm when she grabbed for the microphone. Notice his arm goes down when she tries to get the mic. He kept pointing his finger up at Trump but suddenly his arm goes down to block the intern from getting the mic.

Acosta is doing exactly what CNN is paying him to do. No way he is a reporter. His ass has no business at a press briefing

If a Fox News anchor did that, these clowns would be yelling “battery.”

Y’all trying to craft some sort of reverse Michelle Fields incident out of this is absolutely laughable. If anything, she was the aggressor.

Funny enough, Corey Lewandowksi has no trouble getting gigs these days.

And the funniest thing about Trump acting so offended by this alleged “manhandling” is that it’s hypocrisy at its highest after he celebrated Gianforte bodyslamming a reporter and Michelle Fields actually getting manhandled by his campaign manager. Not to mention “locker room talk.”

I happened to be watching when this incident happened. (watching NBC ) It was obvious that he used physical force against her. The scene was abnormal enough to be alarming. When is a swat not a swat? Apparently it's not a swat when the swatter is a CNN reporter.

Thanks for making a strawman and mentioning something I didn't bring up. I never stated he assaulted her or even grabbed her. Surely you're not this dense to know the difference between grabbing someone and using your hand to swat/block to keep from getting something taken from you. To pretend like he didn't try to keep her from taking the mic by using his hand is just a flat out lie and trying to cover for his behavior. He showed no respect towards her. Calling her ma'am after he stops her from taking the mic is a cop out. She had handed a different reporter the mic just minutes before Acosta got his turn to make an ass of himself. So part of her job is to handle the mic, so you can't say she had no business trying to get the mic.

Acosta was out of line period. But you go ahead and defend jackass Acosta.

Far be it from me to defend Acosta, whose goal is to be the scoop as well as to get it.

But come the **** on, man. This is molehill mountaineering and you know it.

The White House didn't suddenly forget about Lewandowski. They're deliberately mocking you. And you bought it hook, line and sinker. Enough to post about it here.

They are fabricating a reverse Michelle Fields incident to laugh at you, to force their base to accept obvious lies, and to be a**holes just because they can. There are more important things going on. Don't take the bait and make this a story.

Good lord at the contortions you will twist yourself into to defend the adolescent in the WH.

We literally just watched the clip of what happened.  You're delusional.

“If you think Acosta was wrong, you’re just defending Trump and that’s not ok because Trump is bad!”

When you exaggerate what Acosta did to defend Trump's handing of it, you're a mindless dolt.  That more succinct for you?
