Rampant if you listen to Fox or our president right now.

Guess this is the line they're going with.

It is suspicious.  All counties in Florida were able to abide by election laws except Broward and Palm.  They are still counting ballots that are counted electronically, instantly.  So what takes so long?

In Broward's case, population. They're huge. People don't get that. Mail ins and provisionals take time. We usually don't notice because the margins aren't this thin. Now that those votes matter, it's a big deal.

Republicans are crying foul because they're losing races they thought they had won.

They need to count them. You're effectively disenfranchising a lot of people if you stop.

I agree that all legally cast ballots should be counted.

The fact that the Director of Elections of Broward County has been convicted at least two times of election fraud makes it more suspicious.  The state allows each county to have as many people as needed to have all provisional and absentee ballots processed in a timely manner.  She has not taken advantage and brought in more people.  It's funny that much larger populated counties around the country have no problem with counting provisional and absentee ballots in the time allotted.

This appears to be from the Naples, FL newspaper. Broward Co. is required by law to submit absentee votes within 30 minutes of poll closing, but they didn't. Who knows why? Apparently there REALLY ARE tens of thousands of "new" votes.

There’s only one county more populous than Broward in Florida, and that’s Miami-Dade to the south.

Yeah, there’s been a long history of incompetence there, but I wouldn’t be so quick to assume fraud. Snipes was never convicted of election fraud. The ballot destruction issue was that she destroyed old physical cast ballots a year after an election happened, in compliance with state law, after making electronic copies, but federal law requires that states wait 22 months before destroying their old ballots. The ballot destruction was a record keeping issue, not something that was linked to some sort of election tampering.

Yep, she's squeaky clean.  There's just too many inconsistencies and too many instances of breaking rules and laws.  How can she even be allowed to run for that office?

And then there is this from the Tampa Bay Times saying Snipes violated laws.

His tweet are ridiculous😂. "Call for new Election?" Reads like a headline from the front page of the Nation Enquirer.

I don't think there was criminal activity, just gross incompetence. Ha they officially completed the FIRST COUNT of the votes? If not, should they have?

The counts excepting provisional ballots were supposed to be completed shortly after the polls closed.  I don't think broward has finished yet.

Exactly. The question is why would they wait to report the votes?

According to the "Supervisor" they are still counting.

That's not at all unique to Florida. California has millions of ballots left to count. Colorado has thousands that were delivered from overseas to still-count. Utah has hundreds of thousands still to count.

It's now all a moot point. The Fla. Sec. of State has ordered a recount in both the Senate and Gov. races. Hopefully an honest vote count will result.

Arizona's Senate seat is still too close to call.  About 15% of the vote hasn't been counted yet.

We understand that this a huge population of democrats Ben. What is up this bunch? Have they not had problems in the past? If not fraud it is a huge case of convenient  incompetence.

Not like we woke up Tuesday morning and decided to have a very important election.

What does a recount consist of?  Just counting ballots on hand?  Or do they compare registrations, voter sign ins, etc?  If illegal ballots are submitted are they counted as well?

Shouldn't provisional ballots and late arriving absentee ballots be the only ones that need to be counted after the election?  There can't be hundreds of thousand ballots left to count.

Judge's order explicitly stated that there has been a violation of the Florida Constitution. If you can dispute, then do so. If not, then hush. Your population argument is comedic. You cannot consciously ignore Spines' history.
