I'm curious, for those that care to listen to the speech, is Tester's narrative/timeline here accurate?  If so, it illustrates the glaring failure of Trump and McConnell damningly, as well as, the failure of Schumer and Pelosi to rebut this week's presidential address competently.

I thought the same about his tie, but is the narrative that he is recounting accurate?
