Not sure where to put this, but I just wanted to check up on those who may have been in the path of tornadoes today. Roll call...are you safe?

Lots of damage in downtown Wetumpka. Multiple buildings/houses flattened. Haven’t heard of any deaths yet but I have heard of a few injuries.

Drove thru that crazy weather from Bham to Mont. between 1pm and 3pm, yesterday.  It was brutal.  Along 65 southbound around the P’ville exits in between 2:30 to 2:45 driving conditions were minimal to none.   I had no idea, but looking back on it,  we may have been driving in the thick of that storm prior to it hitting Wetumpka.

You are sweet! Yes...about 15 miles. Terrible damage to gorgeous historic area, homes and churches. We're joining in the rally to supply needs organizing at the high school. Our hearts and prayers go out to all suffering loss. Watching God work already...a rainbow stretched across the sky last night, comforting at least one man who said, "He's telling us it's going to be okay." ❤
