They have a strong presence throughout sports journalism. It's not so long ago that a reporter/columnist/ radio show host was drummed out of Mobile for being "too pro-Auburn". Evidence the above article. Unless one takes the time to read the body of it, the headline would lead one to assume that a prized recruit flipped from Auburn to ASU.

He was a prized recruit for Alabama State - he had nothing more than a walk-on offer from AU as stated in the article.  This is big news for the Hornets,  and Lord knows they need any ounce of positive news they can get.  Their Administration is even more poorly manged that Auburn's, they've seethed with mismanagement and out right corruption for years. 

Maybe the bammers influence HBCU sites and feed them crap headlines, I've seen no evidence of such - but I hate giving uat "machine" credit for something as insignificant as an HCBU internet article.
