UCF Baseball Preview

The Golden Knights are coming in with a 4-0 record to start off the 2019 season. UCF opened the season at home with a series sweep of Siena scoring wins of 3-2, 5-1 and 7-1 respectively. The Knights also took down Stetson 10-2 on Tuesday night to remain unbeaten on the young season. Pitching has led the way for UCF and I suspect that is their game plan going into Friday evening as they host our Auburn Tigers. If the bats don't wake up for either team it could be a series of 1 run wins for either side.

Going to be a good weekend, I can feel it. 

Need Williams, Holland, and Julien to hit like they're supposed to. Tanner Burns tonight should give us a great opportunity to get out to a 1-0 series lead. 

Really excited that probably Bailey Horn will get to start Sunday. I really like this kid.

I'm really looking forward to this series.  Should be some good college baseball. Hope the Tigers bring their hot bats and good defense. UCF will be motivated....

Very modest UCF crowds for all games considering we are the best team in their home schedule I think.......some competing events going on but JMO.....well less than a thousand for them and almost no students...mostly old folks and kids.
