Could you handle working in college athletics?

I love the game of football. Especially college ball. Growing up, coaching at the college level would have been a dream job for me. But as I have gotten older, I have changed my view. 

Reading this Will Wade stuff got me thinking. Could I even handle working for a major college's sports program? The burden of knowing you are living a lie. And a large portion of your success depends on that lie - paying guys to come to your school. I don't think I could. How do people rationalize it?

I would love to steal a few million then get fired without cause. Or with cause.....
