So in essence, I'm being snarky because you quite frankly deserve a snarky reply in this instance.

Again I ask for clarification only to understand. Let me seriously try to understand. Go back and see what I said when someone said "wrong forum." I said "Congress should do something more productive." Why is this the wrong forum to say that and what is snarky about it?

You are conveniently leaving out the meme you pasted below what you said in that post.  That's where the snark comes in and fits in the wrong forum category.
