My mistake.  It was a 9/11 victim's father who called her out for her previous remarks which were not necessary no matter when she said them.

Do you even know the context or are you just spouting off without the facts?  Notice how no one on the right has applauded her for being harsh on certain Muslim countries with terrible human rights records in that same speech?  There's a reason for that.  People love to yell and shake their fists while remaining blissfully ignorant of actual facts.

Arguably both, but context doesn't necessarily mean that one is "overlooking the positive things done or said".  Sometimes context makes a comment worse.
