Interesting

Brownbeck in Kansas was a disaster, Nevada had an extremely popular Republican Governor that did not run for re-election in a basically Democratic state, New Mexico is also a basically Democratic as is new Jersey and Illinois, Maine has bounced back and forth, Wisconsin the Democrats finally beat the GOP Governor a legitimate pickup, Michigan will have to also say a legitimate pickup, Kentucky was a bad choice running for GOP the fact that it was close actually  is probably the surprise, Louisiana was a very conservative Democrat against abortion, very similar voting record to republican's running against a business man with no political experience who alienated many in his own party and it was a close election.  Winning these offices count but was more about a local election then a referendum on Trump.
