I honestly think we ultimately land him. Because I think norvell gets the FSU job. He is going to take Dilly with him and we are going to bring in chad morris to be our OC for next season.

I would be down with this.  Would hate to lose "Dilly - the recruiter" but think Morris would help us with our offensive woes if Gustav will allow him.  I think Morris would be a good recruiter also....to what level, not sure.

I want to keep Dilly as I think he has proven to be a great recruiter especially on the O-Line where he has helped with all of the O_line signees for the 2020 class.

If you're only going to be named Offensive Coordinator for a Title, we might as well get something out of it, and Dilly has cetainly proven useful for Recruiting purposes.

For some reason I just can't see Morris going to OU.  Sandwiched between Spencer Rattler and Haynes King can't be a good place to be. But I'm usually wrong.

Meant they’re not going to beat him out for the starting spot. I know how much WE need a good backup but from the recruits perspective I don’t think they believe they’ll come in and take the starting gig.
