We finally know what great coaches look like in major sports with Bruce and Butch. Idk who is the butch of football but it is very obvious pj fleck and Bruce are very similar when it comes to energy, motivation, getting the most out of players who may of not been recruited by the blue bloods and every single day rather by interviews or social media being a great ambassador for whatever school they are at. Fleck is a huge shot in the arm and a injection of life for every program he goes to. He has not even come close to reaching his full potential.
