aubiefifty 16,695 Posted August 18, 2020 Share Posted August 18, 2020 this was written by the guitar player and all i did was sing the lead vocal.. he played in niteowl with murray knight. they actually went to Nashville to cut their own album and if it got any pop they were going to be signed but some of the cats in the band thought they knew more than the producers and after a day of arguing they were asked to leave and not come back. the guitar player was really upset. aubiefifty 16,695 Posted August 18, 2020 Author Share Posted August 18, 2020 i think that does it folks. the sound is dated now but i am still proud. we actually got some airplay for about a month. rick burgess actually played it first when he was just starting out as a radio disc jockey. weird fact is i never caught any of my songs when they were playing on the radio. and that was my dream.
