Big Ten announcing return?

Selfishly, I'd hoped that they moved to the spring so we could have 4 extra months of college football...

Frankly, though, if we want to get football in, now is the time (at least comparitively). This flu season combined with a third COVID-19 wave is going to be... interesting. Friendly public health reminder to get your flu shot.

How is that even going to work with the playoffs if they play 8 games when everybody else will be playing 10. If we are 8-2 at the end of the year and one of their teams are 8-0 then they shouldn't even be in the talk about playoffs. Just doesn't seem fair...

I don’t think they should be eligible at all to even sniff the playoffs. They should have their conference championship and call it a day.

Gotta be a nice life...tOSU knows if they play just a handful of games that they will be in. I would bet that they make it with just 6 games played.

Record timing from Herbie:

What if Justin Fields and Ohio State, and all that talent sitting there, are 6-0 and win a Big Ten Championship, but only won six games? Are you going to hold them back because they only played 6 games when every time you watch, they’re blowing people out by 50 points? That would be a team you need to green light and put in, even though they only won 6 games. Same with Clemson or Alabama, or those kinds of teams."COMME

And now the Pac whatever is playing 7 games. The SEC teams are going to beat each other up...
