New mobile format?

Has the mobile form been updated recently? I am not able to find my PM section anymore.  It's like the screens are wider  (although cleaner which is nice). I just want to know how to find PMs now.  Thanks.

It's still there but it's invisible on the blue skin settings.  Can this be tweaked to see it better? I much prefer the blue skin over the white but can't see the notifications very well.  Thanks.
