Even if we only had Urban for 5 years, he could get us back on the right path. After the 5 years, Urban would retire then we'd go out and try to hire Mario Cristabol or Lane Kiffin.

Any of these guys would be a massive upgrade and could take the program and run with it right off the bat 

I do wonder if our AD might have different connections outside of our realm of thinking.  I sometimes think we look through Jay Jacobs colored glasses.

Mario Cristobal is somehow both the slam dunk and budget hire. He's only making 2.5 mil right now. 

I'm still all in for PJ Fleck if I had a blank check to give.
