My understanding is he wants to return to the south. JG Tate said there could be extra incentive given the financial impact that COVID left on the PAC 12.

Dude Cristobal should be the coach if not for anything, for the fact that 90% of the fan base loves him. I don’t ever remember a guy being so universally loved by Auburn fans.

From what the insiders have been saying here there has been mutual interest for quite some time. God I pray this happens... I’ve never been more excited about something like this happening for auburn since 2010.
