So out of all of these prospective coaches talked about on here, are there any that have had a high level of success evaluating and recruiting coaching talent and helping to develop the coaches around them? That's something that I don't see discussed as often as evaluating recruits, but it seems pretty important to having long term success. Any HC at Auburn that puts together a good football team is going to have his coordinators poached from under him, so the ability to consistently hire good coordinators and position coaches is huge IMO. To me, that should be almost as important as their ability to evaluate and recruit player talent

I think ensminger was the coordinator and he was the passing specialist . Same song , different story with Gus Malzhan. It’s much easier to be a sustaining offensive coordinator versus a freaking head coach. One day we will learn stop going off 1 damn season of body work haha

it did head to Indiana. but as stated Allen was born and raised in Indiana so unless we have a good strong sell as to why he should come to Auburn i dont see him happening
