Would Gus have been fired? Think about it. We would have went 5-3 in conference play and maybe a miracle against UNC and we would be sitting at 9-3 or 8-4 at worst.

If the OleMiss fumble and the Arkansas spike were called correctly...

If COVID19 didn't happen...

If Marlon and Derrick didn't stay last year...

If our kick return team member didn't pull a hammy...

If Cam had stayed another year...

This is fun!

I doubt it. That's a solid season lol

The win total doesn't change the comment that 4 losses is a solid season. He lost a lot with that statement.

We'd lose to UNC for sure. Also, even if we don't play USC, let's be real, Gus always drops a terrible loss like that. So even without USC on our schedule you can probably pencil in Gus's annual screw up against someone else.

So 8-4 or 7-5 in my book. And he never got fired because it was a terrible season. He got fired because the recruiting class was ranked like 30th, sometimes as low as even 50th, in the country. And the uga game wasn't competitive at all, and uga isn't even that amazing this season.

After watching that unc/Miami game, Unc would of murdered us so that replaces the usc game.

No.  He probably wouldn't have been fired.  We got lucky.

Only if it’s not Steele. If it’s Steele I’ll be calling for Gus to come back. Ugh

We would’ve just swapped Carolina losses. We’d be 8-4.

Whats incredible is that Arky would’ve won 6 games. All three of their wins were against teams they were playing anyways, and then add three cupcakes to the list, and they would’ve achieved (legit) bowl eligibility after going 8-28 the last three years.

The Ole Miss one is irrelevant because it was equaled out by the incorrect call on Tank’s kickoff TD return.
