The Most Auburn-sounding name

Recommended Posts

You know how sometimes schools have player names that seem to be a recurring theme? Like Jefferson at LSU or Bailey at UGA.

We just hired Cornelius Williams as our WR coach. Which is a very Auburn-sounding name. Seth Williams. Carnell Williams. T-Will. Rusty Williams. William Andrews. Willie Anderson. Will Herring.

If you could make up the most Auburn name possible, what would it be?

My submissions:

1. Jay Williams.

2. Bo Beasley.

3. Cam Campbell.

Here's one of AU-chemistry-caliber, but would make any sportscaster's head explode (too many syllables):

Harsin Tetramethyldiarsine

Seriously, if one of the units become a force, it'll be something like the "Harsin Army" vs the Lane Train, this week on GameDay.

Wasn’t the women’s bball coach named Tommy Joe Eagles or something like that in the 90s?  Always thought having Eagle in the name and coaching at Auburn was kewl.
