I doubt it. Bowen is committed to ND and he wants to stay close to family (he specifically mentioned his younger siblings). According to ND fans, he was already a silent ND commit when he visited us.

I doubt it.  It appears ND is hiring their DC as head coach, so his defense coaches will stay in tact.
