To get back to 12 teams, they might think of adding some of these schools: Houston, SMU, Cinncinnati, UCF, Colorado State, Hawaii. Doing this to me, would keep the Big 12 from folding and stabilize things. BYU is their best option for TV ratings left out there. BYU gets great ratings. I think they MUST get BYU and Boise to be able to steal others from American for example.
