Flans worst problem is Flan. His skills are there, it is his decision making. Taking too long to pull the trigger, bad passes, switching hands on an easy layup, etc. He just needs to play athletic and quit thinking. It makes him a second or two slower on everything. 

This has been my issue with him since he was a Freshman. He's not the smartest player but you can't deny his athletic ability.

Jaylin is either a big time asset on offense or he just makes completely head scratching decisions, not much in between
