Parents of students in Loudoun County, Va., demanded resignations from the entire school board and superintendent for covering up a sexual assault report.

An email to school board members from Superintendent Scott Ziegler shows he was aware of the alleged assault a month before denying any knowledge of it.

The email, sent by Ziegler to school officials immediately following the allegation made on May 28, said the student had accused a male student of assaulting her in a restroom and the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was investigating the incident. Few other details were provided.

A month later, Ziegler claimed to have no knowledge of the reported crime.

“You are so concerned with pushing race and gender that you sacrificed our children,” Patti Hidalgo Menders, president of the Loudoun County GOP Women’s Club, told board members at the meeting. “A girl was sexually assaulted in May, and you all knew about it. The predator was put back in schools to sexually assault another girl. You all should be fired.

This male student is a predator and the school system let him back into school at another school and he assaulted another girl.  To misrepresent the cover-up by throwing this young girl under the bus for the greater good of transgenderism is repugnant.

ichy that was an article so full of holes it was not funny. The author did not cover the LYING by the school board about knowledge of the event nor that the gender fluid male-female went and almost immediately assaulted yet another young woman. They openly denied any attack took place, either at SBHS or the second high school. They were actively trying to CYA this mess.

They delayed the report of the attack until 2 days AFTER the implementation of the new bathroom policy and then failed to follow the law and report it to the state. Zeigler then lied to  everyone about even knowing anything about the attack(s).

I dont know about you, but that sounds so far beyond fishy that anyone should be interested in the minute details of all this.

For all the s*** storm the guy created he was given a $28K/year raise on a salary of $295K.

This happened one year and one day after he lied to the public about sexual assaults in LCPS.

I dont know how you can characterize this as anything but a coverup.
