That's not who I'd want as my coach at AU.

He said he's bringing the QB (who will compete for the job) AND he's bringing 10 other guys with him.  "I'm bringing my luggage and it's loaded."  Those 10 guys..... "they dogs, they hungry and they gone eat".  "Not everyone here today will have a seat when I get back."

"When I get back there will be NO hats in meetings, NO hoodies in meetings, NO earrings in the building, NO cellphones in meetings."  "Everyone will show respect and look alike, everyone will appreciate what they have and they will work for it."

I loved everything about his opening meeting with that team.
