With a close game now with Mich and OSU there is no room for 2 loss uat.
Even more screwed if LSU beats ugag.

OSU
Mich

uga/LSU

TCU

The first 3 in will be:

* uga (if they don't get blown out by LSU)

* UM (if they don't lose the Big-10 championship vs Purdue)

* TCU (if they don't lose the Big-12 championship vs Kansas St/Texas)

The 4th team to get in will be one of:

* USC (if they beat ND and win Pac-12 championship vs OU/UW/Utah)

* LSU (if they beat aTm today, and beat uga in SECCG)

* tOSU (if USC and LSU lose, and they somehow back their way in)

* bama (slim chance, if all of the above 3 don't make it in)

TBH, bama is NOT all that good this year. Had to run it up against us (with help from the refs .... we suck, BTW). Sybian is about done. He needs to hang it up and go away.

Gary Danielson pushing hard for them. Shameless Bammer.

Yep. IF bama makes it in, they should be a #4 seed, and face uga (#1 seed) in the first round. None of this "all SEC final just because it's bama" BS.

This year, uga should handily beat bama, if they play their best. Let's hope it doesn't even come to that though. I can't stand either team.

What if LSU beats ugag?

then uga still gets in as well as LSU.

2 spots left

UM; OSU; TCU; USC

Well, see my post above. If UM wins out, they're in. No doubt.

If uga loses to LSU (as long as it's not a blowout), they're still in.

Then, assuming no upsets, it's going to be 2 of the following: LSU, TCU, USC

I'd assume LSU would make it with a win over uga (as long as they beat aTm).

TCU probably gets in, since USC has a loss?

We just have no depth and less overall talent. But, as you stated, the refs helped keep Ala’s hopes up-even as outmanned as we are right now.

Darn it! LSU NOT taking care of business and giving Bama hope.

Yep. And their QB just got hurt. But as long as UM, TCU and USC take care of business, they should all be in. tOSU might still have precedence over bama as well.

Well let's hope that happens.

I agree that Bama shouldn't be in the CFP but seriously, what teams besides Georgia would be favored over them if they played them tomorrow. Just a thought..................

Michigan maybe. They look pretty good.

However, bama almost lost to aTm. Even if they lost that one by a point (3 losses total), you could make the same argument, but does that mean they deserve to be in the playoff?

So, LSU is out. But TBH, I didn't think they had much of a chance against uga (in Atlanta) anyway. Of course, now that I say that, watch them win it. Maybe they were looking past aTm. I do hope LSU somehow pulls that one out still, but all it would change is uga's seeding. Only a blowout (e.g. 55-0) might knock uga out of the playoff. Of course, no way should that put bama (who couldn't even win their division) in the playoff.

UM needs to beat Purdue.

TCU needs to beat KSU.

USC needs to beat Utah.

I think all 4 of those teams win, and it ends up (in order): uga, UM, TCU, USC

If one of them slips up, that could open the door for tOSU, maybe even Clemson. I doubt bama gets in, and I obviously hope they don't.

No it doesn't.

And it begins.  USC going down to Utah pretty convincingly.

Yep, TCU has to win or at least keep it close. I was rooting for USC, but once it became clear they were going to lose, it was nice that they got humiliated. It's not like I like them.

I dont understand how Bama would get in over UT. UT has by far the better resume and beat them head to head

UT go skull drug at South Carolina that’s why plus they lost their starting QB.

So, Ohio St just got skull drug at home by Michigan and are about to get in. Also USC is ranked higher than any team Bama beat. Doesnt change the fact that UT beat them head to head. You cant tell me if Bama and UT swapped resumes UT would be ranked higher.
