Why are people acting like his absolute dumptruck of baggage will not affect him as a recruiter?? I do not see a scenario where his baggage, alongside the immense outburst and hatred on social media will not destroy recruits' opinions of him and Auburn.

 

The negativity this has/is going to continue to cause will hurt recruiting so much. I don't care what you think about him as an X's and O's guy. The awful PR is going to show on the roster and he cannot win his way out of it. Just like Harsin couldn't win his way out of horrible recruiting and bad roster management.

Been saying this the last 2 months. You summed it up more specifically than I did. Well done. 

He might be a good coach. But can he recruit against a constant PR nightmare?

No Harsin wasn’t getting out and doing the things necessary to recruit in the SEC.

This. Coach Freeze should hit the Pr nightmare head on. He shouldn’t run from it. He should talk about how he’s improved and things he has done to improve. Just don’t back down. Own it and move on .

Transfer Portal will be key.  Bring the right transfers in, you can turn a program around overnight.  That is the reality of college football now.

I warn of this in February, and, said to go ahead and fire Harsin and replace him with Deion. I only post here duing coaching hires. I can't believe we F'ed this one up so bad.

Why are u calling his offense high school. Pretty much everyone is running the spread but have added different concepts to it. It’s rare u see a qb under center. I would do a list but that would be almost every school outside of the academy schools.
