The Electoral College is a stupidly archaic and undemocratic way of "electing" a president. It essentially invalidates the individual votes of millions of people depending on where you live and gives disproportionate national political pawer to underpopulated, and undeveloped parts of the country.

I agree with the sentiment but,,, I don't think the end result is disproportionate power to underpopulated areas.

The real result is disproportionate power to capital.  But yeah, it makes dividing the country politically easier and therefore, makes hijacking democracy feasible.
