This is a little misleading. If you read the article it’s based on how much it fills needs and the “ incoming vs outgoing “ in the calculation. If I read it correctly it’s not about star rating or ranking players.

I’ll take this all day. All we’ve done in the past 2-3 years is bleed players to the portal, and get lukewarm bodies coming in (outside of a few exceptions). Now, we’ve stopped the bleeding, and even have an all-American coming onto our team. The portal taketh away, now the portal finally giveth.
