IF Urban were to be able to land Smith, this would have to be one of the best recruiting classes of the last decade...on paper at least. However, on one site, USC has 11 of the top 100 players...yikes.

I think that USC prob. has a better chance of landing Smith than Florida does. Appearently AS has a grandma that lives in SoCal and she said she'd like it if he were to play for USC. I still think he ends up a Bammer as theres just too much pressure being put on him. However, if Bama loses Smith then you can expect a meltdown.

Smith's dad said he was going down there because he has some friends who were visiting...but had no real interest in them.

How big will the Bammer spin be if AS goes to UF or USC? I mean after months of talking about him and how great he is going to be at UAT, how much can they "not really want him" or "he would ride the pine" behind the 150 Britts on the team?

(I think he will be a monster of a pick up for whoever gets him but thats me)
