Windows network knowledge is a must. Active Directory, assigning IP's, etc Should have some PC hardware experience. Must be comfortable with standard Windows applications. Knowledge or experience in the following areas are helpful, but not required: Firewalls and routers MS Exchange Security VMWare Financial services industry (Banks, Credit Unions). AFS Software packages (Metavanti). Data Processing Altigen phone systems The primary responsibilities of this position is to maintain our systems and network, support internal staff, and occasionally provide support for members (customers).
