AUBandDad 0
I know that SEC teams play 30 conference games - 3 games each against 10 teams - meaning there is always one team (rotating basis) that an SEC team does not play. I know that AU does not play UT this year. Does the not-played team always come from the other division? If not, are there any permanent teams that a team plays every year? I was wondering because it would seem strange not to play UAT in any conference-recognized sport. Thanks.
Ranger12 46
The one SEC team that you do not play for that year will always come from the opposite division. You have to play everybody in your division because the division records are one of the tie breakers used when seeding for the 8 teams that make the SEC tournament.
