Maybe my anti-Patriots glasses have skewed my vision but it seems to me that the refs are just not going to let them lose. There was the controversial win against Baltimore earlier in the season, and the latest play that had me jumping out of my chair was the no-call leg-whip/tripping on Rivers, where the ball was intercepted (late 3rd quarter or early 4th quarter, I think). The announcers missed it completely. The Patriot's subsequent TD put the game away...
