jared52 4,354 Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 I watched much of the game and saw some good things that were not there at the beginning of the season. What help AU in the first half was the poor shooting of FSU, but AU did a good job of getting good shots and hit the big ones to have the lead. The second half FSU started well but eventually got cold again, but this was more from them trying to push too hard and the pressure Auburn was putting on them defensively. What I liked was that FSU didn't seem to get a lot of second chances. AU did well on the defensive boards (don't know the stats so I could be wrong about that) and they made FSU take some tough shots. AU got it done with guys that would most likely be walk-ons at other SEC schools so Barbee must be a pretty decent basketball coach. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
