Does he have a committable offer from the updykes?

It does not matter. He is picking Auburn.

ST do you know if he is a Dec. grad?  UAT, MSU, and Ole Miss already have their QB commits (all rated higher than JS as QBs).  I'm sure their offers are committable only as athlete.  If he is able to come for Spring practice Jason could be in catbird seat to back up Keihl.  Anyway it would be a major shock if he doesn't commit to Auburn.  Once all the other SEC schools got their QBs committed, its been pretty much a forgone conclusion. :we:

Any chance JJ has second thoughts if Smith does commit and is given a look at QB? He has said that he was told he was gonna be the only QB in this class?

Living in the Mobile area ive had the chance to see this kid play alot,I must say that he is extremely athletic and can play any skill position with the right coaching including QB.  :wedance:
