Sanders will be out atleast 3 weeks with a broken jaw.

"I believe it's broken in a couple of spots," AU head coach John Pawlowski said in a postgame radio interview. "He'll have to have surgery, I believe on Thursday, and be out for an extended time.

"It's very unfortunate and I feel so bad for Joe."
