Email notifications!

Hi, i am new to this forum! Friend of mine sent  me over! Love the board, an forums, well hell all of it! An as ive been reading through posts, ive noticed some people talking about email notifications on recruiting, an things of that nature! Where can i find this? Would be extremely nice to have! You automatically get the email updates but the text message updates we don't have at this time b/c its a free site.
