This is an easy recipe I came up with. Cabbage, bell pepper and sweet onions all finely shredded. Simmer 1 to 1.5 cups seasoned rice vinegar, I use Nakano and 1t celery seed, 1t mustard seed and ½ to 2/3 cup veg oil. The seasoned rice vinegar has the sugar already in it. Pour over slaw, mix and refrigerate overnight. The one TT suggested sounds very close to the way I make it when I have more time, this is just something quick and easy.
