  1. Biden's campaign received 174 million dollars in dark money from anonymous donors during the 2020 election. Trump received 25 million. So, maybe Democrats are the hesitant ones to limiting the donations. Zuckerberg spent over 400 million in 49 states to finance local elections. Which many states have now banned due to it being a form of influencing the actual vote. The last time I looked he was a liberal Democrat. But regardless Biden is doing a incredible job of making Jimmy Carter look good!
  2. I was upset with Online on the screen called. None of them made enough contact to sell the play and none slowed their man down long enough to give Bo any time to make the throw. All seem to be only intent on getting out in front of the play.
  3. Leota sometimes forgets to set the edge and sometimes he sets the edge but gets caught looking to help inside. Don't get me wrong he is a good player! But a DE has to remember all his help is inside and he has to play that way no matter what eye candy he is presented.
  4. It was really nice seeing some of the formerly injured D linemen in the game some. We will need them before the season is over.
  5. I forgot something! After most of the games this year. The only thing I had to look forward to on Sundays was Things I Think I Saw... Thanks for doing these...
  6. On defense, I was bothered by the Georgia runningbacks gaining 3-4 yards after contact. The Georgia Oline always seem to be able to get to the scond level of our defense. Most of the time we look to be running a 4-2-5 defense. Half the time, I would to go back to replay to find the second linebacker. With 30 seconds to go in the first half. You should never let a fast wideout run up on you. It makes what ever fake he gives you the kiss of death. Multiple players would have penetration or be in the right position but didn't know where the ball was. There were so many times last night that two of our DB's would both cover the same receiver. Of course leaving one wide open and all alone. Our DB' s really need to learn out to get off blocks. I know they hear about keeping the contain but that does not mean continually 20 yards down the field. I have never seen so many players leading a play that never get a block in my entire life. This includes special teams. I can understand throwing a block and failing. Your running. But you should still throw one. Your bigger then them! There were several plays that would have had a totally different result with one block.
  7. I enjoy your breakdowns every week. They are more then informative. One of the things that really bothers is that it looks like on occasion some of the OLine with quickly make contact with the defender and then straighten up and get driven back or get little if any push. Is that something that you also see and if so can it be corrected? Thanks!
  8. I saw several times where a guard pulled and never hit anyone. A couple of times, I also saw them turn around to see where the ball was. Hit someone! That's how average plays turn into bigger ones. ....
  9. Hopefully before the season is over. I will get to watch an entire game where one of our O-Linemen is not put on his backside. I understand it happening to a running back but not one of the grinders.
  10. JMR or anybody else with experience with coaching DB's When the DB's are in a zone defense are they taught to keep an eye on the QB or receivers coming into their area? I keep seeing ours for the most part looking at the QB.
  11. After going back and looking the Williams kid at DT has picked his game up quite a bit... Good omen to see as the season progresses...
  12. As someone who is goofy enough to record the game and then go back and look at plays in slo-motion. I would like to give a shout out to a player who do a lot of dirty work and doesn't get much in the way of publicity. Dontavius Russell I enjoy watching him play....
  13. Nice example..... I use to warn players about letting this happen to them. The offensive guy after gaining this grip can steer you in the direction he wants to take you and it makes it really hard to disengage. The UAT receivers blocking on the outside did this also.
  14. Sir, As always I enjoy reading your synopsis of our games. I thought one of the things that the UAT offensive line did and got away with for the most part was engaging the defensive guys and clasping the outside postion of the shoulder pads. I thought you had to keep you hands to the inside if you grabbed the player. A lot of times our player got steered and taken out of the play our held some before being let go. Isn't that something you would have to teach?
  15. Thanks I look forward to your posts every game week. I was really impressed by the LB play this week sideline to sideline. They all seemed to cover their gaps correctly and didn't over run anything.
