Ain't that the truth. I never in a million years thought we would be in this shape. All I can do is keep hoping things will get better. At least hunting season is upon us, so I've got that going for me.

Everything is about the same around these parts. Yungins are growing, (Mo's in kindergarten this year), and the ol' lady and I are staying busy as usual. Just figured I'd drop in and see how everyone was holding up, considering.

You did indeed. We are all doing well. Mo started kindergarten Monday. (She's growing up so fast.) Emma is starting to stand up, and will be walking before long. We bought a house the end of July, and are still getting settled in. We are almost there. I'm still working down in Marianna, and enjoying that challenge very much. Also, Howdy Blondie. Great to hear!! She is a pretty little girl. You better lock her up in about 9 years. Thanks buddy. Those 2 girls are the light of my life.

Daddy's home. How the heck have you fine folks been? I'll be honest, this is the first time I have been here since the boards merged. I guess I'll try to spend the evening exploring it. What are you guys' thoughts on it? Have I missed anything earth-shattering in my absence?

We went and saw him at Victoryland a few years ago when he played there. (Too bad he didn't see us.) One of the best shows I've been to.

You know how I like the ladies, speaking of, how could I forget? Adele - Set Fire to the Rain There is nothing released in the last 5 years that I am a fan of........besides anything Adele has put out. That chick is and artiste. Mo and I watch her videos at least once a week.

Yeah, but I was thinking there was a slower version with Bruce. Maybe the world just moved slower back then. hmmmm now let's see, what could make someone move slower..................... pushing buggies?

I actually saw him a few weeks ago. He's working at Winn-Dixie, pushing carts. 62--It'll be rough, but you gotta take the good with the bad. Which one and what does he look like? Oh, and what’s his name? I want to be sure to never go there or bump into him. There's only one in Marianna. Look for the chunky kid with curly hair, pushing the carts very slowly. Avoid him at all cost unless you plan on doing some baking. Whippersnappers like that are a menace.

You're right about the turnover statement. My parts guy has been there for almost 5 years. He's actually the one that hired me, so firing him is gonna be hard. We've got a new GM who doesn't like his attitude (rightfully so), and told me that he must go. The service writer is a dumb heifer that was hired while I was in the hospital with my back, by our sales manager who was trying to help me. She has done NOTHING but create more work for me. I will be more than happy to show her the door. Mo and Em are doing well. Em looks just like Mo did when she was a baby and actually has a slightly more pleasing demeanor. Mo is excited about the move and has already made me a list of things/theme she wants in her new bedroom. We let her go house looking with us when we went and she loved this house, so of course she thinks picking this one was her decision. It's a huge deal for her.

We've been doing well. Busy at work. Work has been hectic. I've been doing non-stop interviews the last two weeks because I have to fire my parts guy and my service writer this week. Add that to my normal work, plus trying to get this house deal done, and things have been mighty stressful. Other than the upcoming terminations, things have been going pretty well, though.
