Complete fumble by a poorly lead university. Bo should have been drafted as a tiger and had the school gave a s*** about the program and didn’t hire unqualified dicks to run it he would have . I love Bo and this was an embarrassment that he didn’t get drafted as a Tiger. This was bad publicity for AU. Hugh has a mountain to climb and so does the fan base. I’m just pissed off about it folks . 

PT has a pile of weapons.  Zero excuses for poor QB play. None. Put boot to ass for AU PT. Let’s go

UConn is just awesome. Alabama flat out has weapons. UConn was never even threatened. You have to give credit to Oats , they got pistol hot .

I guess my point is I feel that many Auburn fans are hell bent on how they don't like his aggressive style that they are giving a pass to the bs call. Hardly anybody is standing up for that call and you haven't seen anything close to anybody being kicked out of a game, and there's been a bunch of elbows

 

All good here Cole. I’m a KD fan , so aggressive is my middle name. My whole thing with this is to me I’ve seen more back talk from players to Pearl than ever. Broome, KD, CBM . Maybe that’s ok, but there is reckless and then there is aggression. Pearl has blurred that line. That behavior has translated to the court and cost AU.

Cole I wasn’t saying they singled out CBM or AU. I am saying he singled himself out. Refs review tape and share info amongst each other during the week leading up to games. There is significant game prep for refs just like players. I bet the refs in previous week said watch CBM due to the fact that he has been in numerous dust ups and gotten F 1 fouls. That’s reality

With CBM, you know what you get with him. You get a Draymond Green hothead type who can’t help himself but retaliate, question refs and in scuffles, throws his hands up, but where he still maintains contact with the guy he’s beefing with. He just cannot let stuff go. That type is wayyy more forgiving in the NBA. It simply will not fly with college refs. So you take the good with the bad with CBM.

The prob I had was all the ticky tack calls in the 1st half on AU that continued from the SEC Tourney. Some of them we didn’t touch the opponent. Some were all ball. Those four games were some of the worst called college games I’ve seen.

I bet the farm when the refs reviewed game tape of both teams before the game . They watched CBM like a hawk. CBM has shown his ass for numerous games and Bruce and Steven did nothing. Defend all you want, but take responsibility for his attitude

This. Left a lot on the table with Denver this year. He has a chance to be the highest scorer on the team next year.

CBP has overcome a Lot recruiting obstacles for our Tigers, but he has also struck out on guys he really wanted. Was apparel the ONLY issue? Maybe not. But it was certainly ONE issue in recruiting.

 

This. Also I’m sure someone stated this, but UA shoes have been an issue in the past with injuries and durability

Fair. In case you haven’t noticed . AU football doesn’t scare Jim or Jack s*** . We ain’t had a program worth a damn in years. It doesn’t matter if we wear Haynes or Gucci. We need to win before any apparel company gives us a deal.

This was what? The 10th, 12th straight game in which CBM did something really STUPID? He may have been pulled from the game until the next rotation, but the appropriate action was never taken. Without checking, I believe CBM was assessed more technical fouls than the entire rest of the team combined. Weeks ago, he should have been held out of a following game. If a home game, stay in the dorm. If a road game, stay behind in Auburn. That should have gotten a message through. He hurt the seam somewhat on earlier occasions and his actions came to full fruition Friday. His presence on the court would have been worth three more points.

By letting CBM get away with this behavior, Coach Pearl didn't do the player any favors as far as learning limits to his actions and in the long run it cost us a game. Here's hoping both coach and player learned from yesterday's tragedy.
