  1. Good post.     Outcoached by Ga. for three years and manhandled by Al. the same . We pay too much for the results we have been given. Gus needs to get O side of the house fixed and fast.  If he is a head coach who can operate at a high level, he will.  If not, time to start the carousel of HC and program building all over again.

  2. A beautiful day in Dixie and all is right with the world.

Chevy announced it will reacivate the name plate and and a new Sting Ray will roll in 2014.

Ought to look AUsome in Navy with Orange pin stripes.

I can now add that to my bucket list of things that I'll never do / own.

  3. I just hope they are all turning in the same direction and that is forward and not half jerky steps.

We need a clean house in AD.

To the mods, point taken, and this is just me, that merging it, buried both the link and more importantly the subject .

Now I know it was an easy link to find. I agree there are plenty of fire 'em all and bring in so and so threads.

I took that thread as an honest way of saying, we as an Auburn community want to have a civil

conversation with our leadership and count heads while we do so.

Well life goes on and things move along.

    Peace Luv and Tigers

  4. For goodness sakes, now we have 'em going from phoning it in to cleaning out their lockers ?

What ever you do, don't start an e-mail the PREZ thread or post a link . Mods will delete . I honestly don't get that one .

Dr. Gogue has got to take action soon. Everything has a time line. If you are ahead of it you can adjust if you are behind it

you have to react. We need to get infront of the recruiting of a new AD, HC, and retention of key recruits. WAFUM !

Well, it is my FUM, WDE.

  5. Well, I am more traditional. I don't like instant replay in baseball. It is the same with umps. They had different strike zones and as long

as pitcher knew it he could adjust his stuff if he could.

I think homefield advantages are what they are and it it is the uniformity

and statistics of the game that make it interesting.

I agree and have no been an everyday fan since the first strike way back.

Come play offs that is another story.

  6. Gibson's scowl was intimidating.

I remember story about him .

His catcher was his roomie and then got traded.

The first time he came to bat against Gibson, he said he knew what was coming.

Gibson hit him in ribs with the first pitch as in . " that was then this is now. "

First baseball memoriesI have were of Whitey Ford's pitching, Bobby Richardson's glove, and Maris and Mantle dueling for 60.

I think Maris was a Card once too.?

Adopted the RS later, figured they were a baseball us.

Good to know another baseball fan.
