Ok time for me to start pumping sunshine. My protest is over I lost  As for QB's his has had success, I expect that he and Stidham will be pass heavy. Chip is also very pass heavy on first down, and I like that as I think that is one of the best times to go vertical especially in the HUNH. He likes to run routes out of the backfield and have a RB that is just as good at receiving. He likes to run several plays that look the same except the play has 3 different options. This is familiar to the old Gus offense, where the defense would later over play the plays because they were conditioned to do so by earlier plays.

Ok I thought that was like 2 games and his starter was back for the rest of the season? Am I missing something Manny Played like all but 3 games and he was their starter

Good, you should be. He was playing with his 4th string QB at ASU in OCTOBER. He was 4-0 until his starter got hurt. What he did at SoMiss is eye catching. He's not the yes man that posters here believe he is. Lindsey is getting the keys to a brand new sports car with the weapons we have on offense and Gus actually trusts him. Wake up people. 

Why was he working with 4th string? Where was his backup? Was he not ready? IF you allow that talk then Rhett should still be here as that was the only thing that caused him issues.

No we need Balance..... Throwing isn't going to win games int he SEC day in and day out.

Really? I don't see that. I seen lackadaisical short routes ran by guys with no real motivation. Yes a there was a couple of flares but that may not be on them. Our QB's were struggling all year. But I am not going to complain long term just a short protest . I am on board, he will need support of the fans to keep the kids motivated and the seats filled with excitement.  I guess its one of those support him until he is proven insufficient. With this hire it will be interesting to see what JJ does at the end of the season if they have only won 8 games. Will he have a job himself? If so will he fire Gus? 

Well, I guess my question was why all the wait? If that was one of the first names out of the box. Was Gus denied and then later told ok take him but you guys mess this up and your both out?
