Lol. Yeah white privilege doesn't and never has existed. By the way the same people upset were the very same people arguing how there's no racism in the NFL, black face isn't racist, literally every single crime where there is racism the same people there to argue that it's not EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Meanwhile when I get pulled over and asked if I have a gun in the car the situation is escalated when I say yes.......But hey people have problems that your ancestors owned slaves.....and of course just because that did happen there was no wealth generated from that.....hard being so oppressed. Sorry you have to go through that

Why the **** are you answering any question a cop asks? Produce the legally required docs and shut the hell up.

  2. Seeing more and more smoke about DD transferring if not given any PT.

Anyone else seen this or have any reputable people saying one way or a other?

As of now 100000% a random rumor, just curious is it's making it rounds.

Because the purpose IS to hunt down humans if/when the situation calls for it.

There's an entire sub-culture of gun nuts who stock up these weapons for the inevitable (in their minds) moment they'll have to band together in a "citizen militia" and take down the tyrannical federal government like it's 1775.

Well the entire purpose of the 2A was to shoot cops and other state officials.

Too bad we got away from that

It was smart. The prosecutor needs to focus on the weapon and that conversation, although I agree is being discussed out of context, is nonetheless a legitimate way to achieve that.

Yes... an AR-15 or whatever the hell it was.  FYI - I have plenty guns. I don't own an AR-15 and I don't believe anyone needs to own one. PERIOD.  I don't think encouraging the ownership of them is healthy. Is that the type of country you want to live in?  What do you need 30 rounds of ammunition for other than hunting humans?

I don't have time to hunt much, but at one time I did.  I own a .30 .30 WInchester, a .410 Browning and another Mossberg. I have two 12 gauge shotguns and a 20 gauge. I have a .38 special revolver that I inherited from my grandfather and a 9mm S&W.  I keep the 9mm  at the office just in case, but I certainly don't carry it around as though I am scared to walk down the street.

I have lived in Chicago, New Orleans, and Atlanta.  I lived in Switzerland for 6 months on two different occasions.  I currently live on a few hundred acres, which is why it makes sense to keep the larger rifles and shot guns at the house.  More guns in our cities won't make them safer.  If it would, I would argue for that, but the truth is that they don't.

Well your anti gun tirade has nothing to do with anything I said.

The gun in question doesn't matter one if it's an AK an AR a pistol a shotgun, ammo selection, fmj, hollow points, frangible, etc are all an attempt to move the goalposts. The only question needing to be asked is did Kyle have a good shoot in rosenbaum.

Also, you'd ******* hate my gun room lmao.

He still has to pray that the jury doesn't perceive his actions as those of someone out looking for trouble.  Carrying an AK with 30 rounds of armour piercing ammunition isn't a good look. Having the lesser included offenses included gives the jury a way to compromise, which could  still result in a 20 year prison sentence.

Oof tell me you don't know about guns without telling me you don't know about guns.

Not an AK and 100% definitely not armor piercing. Not even penetrating like encorperated I'm most modern military ammo for better barrier defeating.

Using the ammo or the gun selection in this for prosecution is 100% pandering to those who are not familiar or knowledgeable about firearms.

After watching the entire trial, if a jury actually finds him guilty, it won't be from the facts if the case.

AUGunsmith is wishful thinking about Biden and members of Congress because it's going to be very difficult to successfully win a libel suit against politicians who are pretty much allowed to get away with any kind of speech they want. I agree with a phht on that part.

As for the liberal corporate media, they're definitely going to have some trouble getting out of a libel suit by Rittenhouse.

Video has existed since last year of what took place. There was literally a journalist(Richie McGinniss, Daily Caller) there documenting it last year and helped render aid to one of the people Rittenhouse shot. McGinniss testified and corroborated everything that supported Rittenhouse's defense.

Rittenhouse worked in Kenosha, has several releatives in Kenosha. Yet that was all left out of the framing of this story. The media portrayed Rittenhouse as a white supremacist/domestic terrorist who shot unarmed and peaceful BLM protesters in a town he had no connection to. The liberal corporate media can't pretend several facts didn't exist last year and that they presented the facts as they were at the time.

Obviously the politician won't be held accountable no matter how egregious they act. The fact that most aren't in jail for all kinds of shady s*** I'd be poped for is paramount.

The reference to Biden is just showing the scope of people who jumped on the bandwagon to hate and paint this kid with extreme defamation.

I didn't say that. I said he traveled across state lines.

And if he hadn't done so, he wouldn't be in a courtroom today and two people would still be alive and a third wouldn't have a crippled arm.  But thanks for proving my point.

I hope "hero Kyle" is still liable for a civil suit.  Such poor judgement resulting in deaths and injury demands some accountability.

He is going to get paid huge. So many libel cases from everyone from sleepy Joe to CNN spouting white supremacists even murder.

  8. So closing for the prosecution just tried to argue that since Kyle had a sling, it's unreasonable to think that Rosenbalm could have taken the rifle.

That Kyle didn't run away from a child molester long enough before standing his ground.

That kyle, running for his life trying not to shoot anyone while Rosenbalms friend fires his weapon into the air, didn't notice another way to run and thus is guilty.

That because kyle, when forced to shoot, didn't stop after every shot to check on the guy, is guilty.

This entire case is a political farce.

Let’s be honest. We finished 6-6 but should have finished 4-8. It’s fun to poke at Arkansas and Ole Miss but it’s very true that the refs won Auburn both of those games. We would have been 1-4….

IMO last year absolutely felt worse than this year. Zero emotion and effort almost every game.

It amazes me when people here bitch about refs when the last 2 arky games were arky wins stolen by the refs.

I don't understand your point. What do you mean by "economic meddling"?

My point is simple:  a successful market-based capitalistic economy depends on the effective rule of law to exist.

Only to the extent of an ability to stop aggression which is the only valid action a state can take.

But the point is that regardless of the style of economic interference, be it regulated capitalism, cronyism, communist or socialist market principals, it doesn't matter as the makeup of an economy doesn't effect whether an oligarchy forms as they all have the ability to lead to the same end.

Oligarchy isn't based on economic. Just like democracy or monarchy or a y other form of government exists independent of it's enomonic model.
