War Eagle tight end. This conversation is over.
Apparently it wasn't over. Just over for those that don't agree with the narrative presented.

Yep, pretty amazing. Not a lot of coaches and teams that could have ended like that. WDE!!
Huh!! Auburn folds like a cheap suit under pressure. Poorly coached situation baseball.

Devil is in the details. Its the little things that get you beat.
2021 - 25-27 SEC 10-20
2022 - 37-19 SEC 16-13
2023 34-21 SEC 17-13

Hitting disappears when it counts. Fielding is pee wee baseball bad. Pitching sucks. Coach is clueless.

No doubt.
The Michigan State quarterback couldn’t plant his foot or rotate like normal. That’s because he was compensating for numerous injuries that impacted his mechanics, along with his effectiveness in the run game. “It’s like having a flat tire,” Thorne said after Michigan State’s final spring practice on April 15.

Spot on, which a couple of us tried to point out three years ago, and we were criticized up, one side and down the other for pointing it out.
But you know want, it doesn’t matter, good times ahead!

Looks gross. I’m sure there is a good reason but having this game the same weekend as Easter and the Masters seems like a less than optimal time to attract people to the plains.
Aka Stupid... Yes I will go ahead and say it.. Stupid..

I'm just sick of the fundamentally bad basketball.
We don't have a single player on the team that an opposing coach should feel like he has to scheme to stop.
That being said, at least you could play smart fundamental basketball.
Your 6'10" center, who can't even make a free throw should never, never be jacking up three point shots.
Agree with all of that 100%.

Pearl= Good recruiter
Coach, not so much.
Sorry, that's the way I see it
The last 7 minutes (when it matters) UH payers were far superior, more athletic and tasted blood in the water. Aubie looked like they couldn't get off the court fast enough, that they didn't belong. That's on ONE PERSON!

I always question how u can play basketball and be a terrible ft shooter, I remember when I was growing up. 85-90+ ft shooters weren't that uncommon. Now it would be like finding the holy grail to find one
Hell, we use to have to MAKE a hundred a day.. there are no excuses. I like Bruce Pearl, but watching a BP coached BB Team makes me want to puke.

Just walked in... see same ole Aubie, Can't shoot.. uh Free throws ARE COACHABLE!! No offensive rebounding. Stupid Fouls. Put the Walkon shooter in..

HF was finishing his House on Lake Martin at the start of the season.
New AD opened desk drawer, Yellow Sticky with Jimmy Sexton's Number on it.
Jimmy (whose Client List is most of the SEC) has two used Car Salesmen to sell.
But HF was the choice from the beginning..

To be honest, I have real doubts about Bruce Pearl
Same here. I could not believe it when the lifetime contract was announced. You don't have to watch very long..

Harsin had a fair chance. All he had to do was not be a jerk, treat people fairly and go to work. He proved to be incapable of any of those things.
Its over.. and you are back to Jimmy... he controls Auburn

I am good with this hire. I wanna see high level Wide Receivers. I wanna see high level Tight Ends!! Both spots recruiting has slowly gotten worse year after year.

Watched Lipscomb Beat Thompson. Good Arm..

Do you really think there are 16 teams who have a chance to win the thing? Are there 16 teams whose season record has earned them a spot in a playoff? Look at this year's top 25 and name 16, or even eight, who have a chance in hell of winning. They do not exist.
Let's find out!! Great cross-sectional games (on paper). Let's find out if the rankings are correct.
1 vs 16, 2 vs 15 and so on. Drop 1 of the cupcake games and start it a week earlier.

As my "code name LOL" reflects.. there is NO REASON why TE's (aka UGA) can't be used to the utmost extent possible. They have been on the field, mostly for blocking, little used. When you have little to know passing game, they then become invaluable.
-
Should be 16 Team.
** And for the moronic group that decided to match #14 with 6-6 in a Bowl Game.. Congratulations on a less than worthless, boring game. Don't care how many people sat out.

Coaching and playing are two different animals. being a great player is not much of an advantage recruiting against other great players that are also coaches now. He just needs some experience. I would love to keep him here, but understand if Freeze wants a more experienced guy.
It's nothing personal, it's just business.

There is no comparison here between these two guys, Jake Thornton and Kendall Simmons. Bio's are not even close.
